Broadcaster Kim Young-chul will personally reach out to recruit Kim Guk-jin on MBC's 'Radio Star' ahead of the 10th anniversary of his role as DJ for 'Kim Young-chul's Power FM.' He will also reveal his "god-tier" daily routine that starts in the early morning, the behind-the-scenes story of a video that garnered 1.2 million views, and his personality traits reflected through an ADHD test.

The episode of MBC's 'Radio Star' airing on the 14th (planning: Choi Yoon-jung / directing: Yoon Hye-jin, Hwang Yun-sang, Byeon Da-hee, Yang In-hye) will feature Park Jun-geum, Kim Young-chul, Ham Eun-jung, and Kang Kyun-seong in a special titled "Management~? I won't let it slip! 'The God of Management.'"

Kim Young-chul expresses his unique feelings as he marks the 10th anniversary of his DJ tenure on 'Kim Young-chul's Power FM' on the 24th. To commemorate the milestone, he says he wants to invite senior colleagues he usually admires to his radio show, and launches a public recruitment pitch for Kim Guk-jin during the 'Radio Star' recording.

In particular, Kim Young-chul offers Kim Guk-jin two options, eliciting laughter. The first is a solo appearance by Kim Guk-jin, and the second is a joint appearance with his wife, Kang Soo-ji. Surprised by the unexpected proposal, Kim Guk-jin replies, "I'll think about it," while Kim Young-chul cannot hide his anticipation regarding securing Kim Guk-jin as a guest.

Kim Young-chul also reveals a new personal skill he recently discovered. Possessing numerous impersonations, he states, "I'm more confident in waking up early than being funny," citing his ability to rise early as his new specialty. The hosts burst into laughter from the start upon hearing this unexpected answer.

Kim Young-chul's such "god-tier" daily routine has also garnered significant reactions in actual content. He reveals that a 'God-tier Diary' video, which captures a day of waking up at dawn to stretch and read books, studying while commuting, and hosting his radio show, recorded 1.2 million views. He notes that he is surprised himself, as his posts on topics like "foreign language study" and "god-tier life" consistently achieve exceptionally high view counts.

Kim Young-chul explains that he also found the secret to his happiness in his morning routine. He says he starts his day by making his bed immediately upon waking and studying via podcasts and phone English lessons while commuting. He further reveals that recently, he has even moved his commute time up by 10 minutes to enjoy a leisurely park walk before his live radio broadcast.

However, Park Jun-geum, who was listening, adds to the laughter by bringing up an unexpected eyewitness account. She mentions accidentally seeing Kim Young-chul walking alone in Cheongdam-dong one day and describes the atmosphere at the time, prompting Kim Young-chul to actively clarify (?) the situation, which generates more laughs.

Stories about tests he took to learn more about himself are also revealed. Kim Young-chul underwent an ADHD test for approximately two hours and heard unexpected things during the counseling process. He shares that he was asked if he had obsessive tendencies, which led him to reflect on his personality traits, such as feeling he must always make people laugh when on stage or wanting to do everything well.

Kim Young-chul, known as the "King of Momentum," reveals there is one person who uniquely deflates his momentum, drawing attention. That person is Sung Si-kyung. He recalls telling Sung Si-kyung about his progress while studying Japanese and being pointed out with, "Did you finish reading a whole book before taking the test?" after failing an exam. He then shares how he studied the lacking parts and challenged again, receiving warm encouragement from Sung Si-kyung, while also performing a direct impersonation of Sung Si-kyung to burst into laughter.

Kim Young-chul's energy continues until the very end. He forms an impromptu group called "Damichae" with Kang Kyun-seong, parodying Davichi, and engages in a singing showdown featuring high notes, shaking up the studio. From impersonations and talk to his "god-tier" routine and affection for his radio DJ 10th anniversary, Kim Young-chul's overflowing energy can be seen on 'Radio Star,' airing at 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, the 14th.
