Actor Ko Kyung-pyo revealed his own diet secret.

In the "Heal's Club" section of the YouTube channel "Hye-ri," which was released on the 16th, Park Shin-hye and Ko Kyung-pyo, the main actors of tvN's new drama "Undercover Miss Hong," appeared as guests.

On this day, Ko Kyung-pyo said in "Undercover Miss Hong," that he did not have a comic portion of himself, adding, "If Shin-hye does it, it's lovely and if I do it, it becomes ugly."

In response, Hye-ri said, "It's okay because you were 'Unfortunate Kyung-pyo' at that time," adding, "I was called 'Happy Gyeong-pyo' because I gained weight during the break, but when I was working, I lost weight and was called 'Unfortunate Gyeong-pyo.'

However, Ko Kyung-pyo said, "I'm not losing as much weight as I thought," and Park Shin-hye said, "I accidentally saw (Ko Kyung-pyo's) old drama in the YouTube algorithm." "Wow, who is this man?" I thought, and it's Kyungpyo," he said, referring to Ko Kyung-pyo in "The Greatest Deliveryman," which aired 10 years ago.

Park Shin-hye said to Ko Kyung-pyo at the time, "I watched this (YouTube) and it was so cool," and Go Kyung-pyo also said, "I hope (Park Shin-hye) takes out '." It's so cool. I want to see it again,' he said.

Ko Kyung-pyo said he has his own diet method, adding, "I'm a fasting evangelist," adding, "Snacking is not intermittent fasting, but quitting it once a month or three days like this. The body is completely reset as it self-predicates as 'autophagy'. After two days, my body is tired, but my mind is wide awake. I only drink water when I fast," he said.

At the same time, he said, "There are comments again. "I'm delivering weird information for a single meal." I'm the only one doing it with my body, so don't copy me. I'm the only one who will do it," he said, drawing laughter.
