Comedian Shin Bong-sun was shocked by the weight she gained rapidly after her successful diet.

A video titled "Shin Bong-seon ㄱ" was posted on the YouTube channel "Shin Bong-seon ♥ hot date with no bra in Yangyang-guk?!" released on the 20th.

In the released video, Shin Bong-sun went on a medical examination date with her colleague Yang Sang-guk.

He said, "We can prepare for each other's health check-ups before marriage. The couple sleep together and eat together, but they need to know the disease to avoid unhealthy food," he explained.

Ahead of the weight measurement, Shin Bong-sun said, "There were a lot of articles saying that I had an 18% body fat percentage, but I may have a lot of fat because it's the off-season. Can you not take a picture of something like this?" he appealed. However, Yang Sang-guk held the camera to the scale, and Shin Bong-seon shouted, "Get out of here quickly," with his eyes closed.

Yang Sang-guk said, "Don't get me wrong. Health trainers also lose all their weight during the peak season, but their stomachs come out in winter. Shin Bong-sun is in the offseason now," he said.

In response, Shin Bong-seon said, "I felt very bad. When Yang Sang-guk complained, "It came out to be 56kg on an empty stomach," he comforted, saying, "Women are okay with less than 60kg." Then Shin Bong-sun explained, "I have a lot of muscle, so I can say that I weigh 3-4 kilograms more than ordinary women."

Earlier, Shin Bong-sun succeeded in losing 11kg, drawing attention. He was surprised to find that he achieved an 18% body fat percentage through exercise and diet management.
