Comedian Shin Dong-yeop is taking an unusual step as a special guest of "No, but really!"

According to the Star News report on the 26th, Shin Dong-yeop participated as a guest in the SBS entertainment program 'No, but really!' which took place on the 25th. Best friend broadcaster Hong Seok-cheon also appeared.

"No, but really!" is a new concept character talk show that combines a new worldview and characters, and Lee Sang-min, Tak Jae-hoon, Lee Soo-ji and Kai are working together as MCs.

It is very unusual for Shin Dong-yeop, who is called the "national MC," to appear on a talk show as a guest rather than a host. It is the first time in about 15 years that Shin Dong-yeop, who has been an MC for most of his career, has appeared as a guest on a terrestrial talk show since Kim Seung-woo's success in May 2011.

Shin Dong-yeop is currently the MC of SBS's flagship entertainment program "My Ugly Baby" and has a long-standing relationship with Lee Sang-min and Tak Jae-hoon, who have been active in "My Ugly Baby." "No, but really!" is also a new entertainment show by CP Kwak Seung-young, who created "My Ugly Baby." Shin Dong-yup reportedly decided to appear in support of "No, but really!" with the production team and cast of "My Ugly Baby."

Attention is focusing on what kind of talk and entertainment Shin Dong-yeop, who is a guest rather than a host, will show. In particular, as he built his reputation as a "God of Comedy" through SBS's "Shin Dong-yeop Kim Won-hee's Hey Hey Hey Hey" and Coupang Play's "SNL Korea", expectations are also high for synergy with "No, but really!" that combines reality and skits.

Meanwhile, "No, but really!" is drawing attention every time with MCs' teamwork of tiki-taka and special guest lineup. Top stars such as Seo Jang-hoon, Lee Soo-geun, Choo Sung-hoon, Kim Won-hee, Kang So-ra, Swings, Han Hye-jin, Ok Joo-hyun, and Jeon So-min proved their popularity. After Shin Dong-yeop, a special guest lineup will continue.
