Comedian Shin Bong-sun told her secret to dieting.

On the 12th, a video titled "Jo Club" was posted on the YouTube channel "Surprise Confession of Shin Bong-sun, who embarrassed Kim Soo-yong, the identity of an unimaginable romantic relationship." Comedian Shin Bong-sun appeared as a guest.

On this day, Shin Bong-sun said of plastic surgery, "I had nose surgery twice. I didn't do snow. It's my eyes."

Regarding the reason for deciding to diet, he said, "The diet model contract has been extended six times," adding, "In fact, I have hypothyroidism. That's why I gain weight easily. You gain a lot of weight. Since my body is tired, I put myself down completely one day and I gained more than 10kg in four years," he said.

He said, "It's okay if only my face comes out, but when I saw my body, it got huge. So just as I thought I should go on a diet, the advertisement came in, and I wanted to lose healthily without difficulty, and it matched well with the advertisement," he said.

"I don't have a penalty even with yo-yo," he said. But I wanted to keep it while I was shooting this ad. I just said I'd do my best to lose it, so I've been doing it so far, he said. "My body changes. I didn't know women were swollen when they were running around. It's always swollen, so the skin tone is corrected," he said.

Regarding the secret to losing weight, Shin Bong-seon said, "The pattern of life has completely changed. I go swimming and do ballet in the morning. I move a lot because I can't let go of what I eat. I don't really lie down at home. I don't really sit on the sofa," he said.
