In "Joseon's Lover," a mysterious woman who visited Shim Kwon-ho, who is battling liver cancer in the early stages, is revealed, turning the studio upside down.

In the pre-release video of TV CHOSUN's "Joseon's Lover," which will be broadcast on the 13th, Shim Kwon-ho is seen having a meal with the production team in good health three weeks after liver cancer surgery. Shim Kwon-ho shyly declined, saying, "I don't have a picture..." to the production team's questioning, "Please show me a picture."

It turned out there was a backstory hidden here. A female fan who heard the news of Shim Kwon-ho's liver cancer diagnosis through the last broadcast visited Shim Kwon-ho's house with red ginseng herself. When this was revealed, the studio's love MCs were surprised, saying, "Home?!"

On the screen, Shim Kwon-ho searched for the female fan on her mobile phone with a shy, subtle smile. In response, the production team said, "Send a message to (female fans). "I'm doing well right now..." he actively encouraged Shim Kwon-ho, a "novice in dating."

Shim Kwon-ho shook his head, saying, "Let's stop, I don't want to," but the production team continued to recommend without giving up, saying, "I have to do it, I won't do it alone." Even the love MCs were surprised by the news and expressed curiosity, raising questions about who the "Hongsam Woman" would be who gave Shim Kwon-ho a hand of affection.
