Broadcast personality Hong Hyun-hee expressed her frustration regarding dieting.

The MBC variety program 'Radio Star,' which aired on the 12th, was specially themed 'Forget the Heat~ Let It Go,' featuring guests Hong Hyun-hee, Kim Moon-jeong, Lee Chang-ho, and Yu Ho-jin.

That day, Hong Hyun-hee explained, "I used to be quite puffy. Since I have a child, I wanted to live healthily until my child turns 40. I also manage my blood sugar levels. I have my own diet method called Oyasik (oil, vegetables, and vinegar)."

Regarding public misunderstandings, Hong Hyun-hee said, "It seems many people perceived my image as weak. They insisted I must have received help. I became upset. I didn't feel like I had changed that much; even when I was working at a company, I weighed 49kg."

She continued, "I was sulking alone until one day I saw old photos and thought, 'Maybe there is something to suspect.' There was indeed a change. Even I was surprised while looking at the photos. Eating healthily made me want to move. I didn't rely on anything but trusted my body. My body changed on its own."

When asked about her past weight, Hong Hyun-hee said, "During my newlywed years, I weighed 68 or 69kg. I lost about 10kg. I am not yet at my final form. I must prove it for the rest of my life. That much effort was required."

When Kim Gu-ra mentioned, "They asked during an organizational checkup: if you had taken Mounjaro, blood clotting wouldn't stop, so you should discontinue it a week before and then undergo the biopsy," Hong Hyun-hee responded, "Let's draw blood now. I'll show you by drawing blood," emphasizing that she did not receive help from injections.
