Kim Jong-kook of 'Problem Children Are Coming' is not a fitness addict.

In the episode of KBS 2TV's 'Problem Children Are Coming' aired on the 28th, neuroscientists Jang Dong-seon and Lee Jin-hyeong appeared as guests. Hong Jin-kyung asked, "Aren't people talking a lot these days about dopamine addiction? Does dopamine ruin the brain?"

In response, Jang Dong-seon explained, "It's not an addiction to dopamine itself, but an addiction to the surge of dopamine. All addictions are related to dopamine. Immediate rewards damage the brain: alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, games."

Hearing this, the members turned on Kim Jong-kook, claiming he was addicted to exercise. However, Jang Dong-seon said, "Exercise cannot truly become an addiction. Exercise is difficult; it does not provide immediate rewards—it offers predicted rewards." This comment pleased Kim Jong-kook.
