Former baseball player Hwang Jae-kyun spoke about his 18kg weight loss.

On the the 29th broadcast of MBC's variety program 'Omniscient Interfering View' (hereinafter 'Jeonchamsi'), Sunwoo Yong-nyeo and Hwang Jae-kyun appeared, sharing their daily lives.

That day, Jeon Hyun-moo asked about Hwang Jae-kyun: "Time has hit you hard; there were even rumors of health issues. You've returned like a fugitive. What happened?"

Hwang Jae-kyun replied, "I felt like I was in a fugitive situation. I grew my hair and took body profile photos, then suddenly lost a lot of weight." Hong Hyun-hee expressed concern: "I was so shocked when I saw the melted photo. I thought you were sick somewhere."

Hwang Jae-kyun explained, "I lost 18kg in five months. By the end, even my body water was dried out." Yang Se-hyung teased, "You look older than Sunwoo Yong-nyeo," to which Sunwoo Yong-nyeo responded, "Speaking personally, doing things too quickly isn't good. Even if it's late, not doing them is better. The world moves step by step."

When asked why he hadn't cut his hair, Hwang Jae-kyun answered, "While I was still playing baseball before retirement, I kept my hair short. After retiring, I wanted to try growing it out and see what would happen, so I let it grow."

In response, Yang Se-hyung joked, "This is what evolution looks like," eliciting laughter from everyone.
