Actress Ha Ji-won revealed her secrets for maintaining a youthful appearance.

On the 29th, tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' (hereinafter 'You Quiz') announced on its official account: "Ha Ji-won is the hope of middle-aged people these days. Even if you don't leave comments asking about Ha Ji-won's management methods, we'll tell you everything," and posted a video.

MC Yoo Jae-suk in the video said, "Netizens are saying to Ha Ji-won: 'She is the hope of middle age,' 'Is it just me who has aged?' and 'Why does Ha Ji-won look 20?'"

When Yoo Jae-suk asked Ha Ji-won, "Don't you work hard on your management?" Ha Ji-won replied with a smile, "(Netizens) say, 'This is possible,' so yes, I do (manage)."

Ha Ji-won said, "I've been sprinkling olive oil on rice and eating it for 10 years. It's delicious," adding, "I've also eaten lemons and honey for a very long time."

She continued, "If I try something and think it's good, I usually stick with it for over 10 years. That seems to be the secret."

'You Quiz,' featuring Ha Ji-won, will air on September 2.
