Suddenly, Park So-young asked, "Kyung-chan, what should we do?" and said her water had broken. Moon Kyung-chan was flustered by the situation he had never experienced before. However, it was a prepared drill for childbirth, and she reassured him by saying, "What will you do if your water breaks like this?"

As the two began preparing for childbirth, their mothers visited the house. Moon Kyung-chan's mother praised Park So-young, saying, "She is older than me and a celebrity, so I was worried. But when my friends heard that she would become my daughter-in-law, they were all surprised. They said they had already set their sights on her. They asked where we found such a daughter-in-law. She was so polite."

Park So-young's mother also expressed affection for Moon Kyung-chan, saying, "I thought he might be a bit rough since he is a baseball player, but in person he was incredibly cute. He seemed like my own son. It felt like I had known him for a long time."

They also prepared baby dolls and practiced changing diapers and bathing with their mothers.

Afterward, Park So-young went into labor. She said, "The cervix was only 1 cm open. Since I am at 40 weeks, I'm glad we decided on an induced delivery." Moon Kyung-chan stayed by her side throughout.

A few hours later, Park So-young felt contractions and cried out in pain, saying, "It's not ending quickly; it keeps coming." The contraction intensity rose rapidly, and she writhed in agony. Medical staff arrived due to the severe pain, and Moon Kyung-chan was present for the moment of childbirth.

Merry was born safely, and Park So-young shed tears while saying, "Thank you." Moon Kyung-chan also encouraged Park So-young by saying, "You worked hard," before cutting the umbilical cord.
