Kwon Eun-bi was an artist who showed genuine sincerity toward her manager.

On the 12th episode of JTBC's "Knowing Bros," daily senior member Lee Jae-yul praised Kwon Eun-bi, saying, "Isn't her nickname 'Female Seo Jang-hoon'?" He highlighted that she is a building owner worth 2.4 billion won. Kwon Eun-bi, who skyrocketed to stardom through Waterbomb, even operates a café on the first floor of her own building.

She explained, "My pet dog's name is Geum-bi, so I named my small attic 'Geum-eun Bang' (Gold-Silver Shop) after Geum-bi and Eun-bi. If there's a shortage of hands, I go and work myself. The first floor is a café, the second floor is for the manager, the third floor is rented to tenants, and the fourth floor is also for the manager. This is all 'to provide a comfortable working environment for the managers,'" drawing attention with her words.

Notably, Kwon Eun-bi added, "Rather than charging rent, which would be burdensome, I only collect maintenance fees. My friends are from out of town and have no company-provided housing, so they find rent difficult to bear. Since they are friends who have worked with me for a long time, I wanted to help them based on trust," further spreading warmth.
