Singer Kim Jong-min shared the news of his wife's pregnancy, revealing the excitement of an expectant father.

In the episode of KBS 2TV's variety show "2 Days & 1 Night Season 4" (hereinafter "2 Days & 1 Night"), which aired on the 18th, six members were shown embarking on a trip to Seosan City in South Chungcheong Province.

On that day, while riding the bus to the mission location, Kim Jong-min told his members, "I'm having a baby," sharing the news of his wife's pregnancy.

The members unanimously congratulated him on the long-awaited news of their second child. Kim Jong-min revealed everything from the gender of his son, whose nickname is "Jjingi," to his dream about the birth and ultrasound photos, displaying the demeanor of a happy expectant father.

Subsequently, Kim Jong-min also expressed his tender feelings for his wife and son. The members moved to Mongdol Beach and carried out the "Wish Tower Jenga" mission, in which they stacked stones to build a tower of wishes.

After the mission ended, the members suggested that expectant father Kim Jong-min try stacking a wish tower himself. In response, Kim Jong-min carefully stacked the stones, stating, "I placed them while praying for my wife's safe delivery." The sight of Kim Jong-min wishing for the healthy birth of his son "Jjingi" in his wife's womb evoked warmth.

The six members, including Kim Jong-min, took on diverse challenges to lower their fine tickets.

On that day, "2 Days & 1 Night" recorded a viewership rating of 7.0% based on Nielsen Korea's nationwide standards, ranking first in its time slot. The peak per-minute viewership rate soared to 11.3%.
