Actors Jin Sun-kyu and Park Jin-young revealed their on-screen father-and-son relationship, surprising Yoo Jae-suk.

On the 25th, actors Jin Sun-kyu and Park Jin-young appeared as guests on the tvN variety show 'Sixth Sense: B-Side.'

That day, Jin Sun-kyu introduced his role in the tvN drama '100 Days of Lies,' saying, “I play the Chief of the Political Affairs Bureau under the Governor-General’s Office. I am second only to the Governor-General.” Park Jin-young added, “It is a vicious villain role.”

Hearing this, Yoo Jae-suk reacted by saying that Jin Sun-kyu suited the setting of a Japanese villain well. Jin Sun-kyu retorted that Yoo Jae-suk held preconceptions, eliciting laughter.

Jin Sun-kyu then stated, “We are also father and son,” revealing that he and Park Jin-young share a father-and-son relationship in the drama. As everyone was surprised by the unexpected setup, Jin Sun-kyu explained that the two have a stepfather-and-son relationship with no blood ties.

Yoo Jae-suk expressed bewilderment when he first heard about the father-and-son relationship but showed understanding after learning they were stepfather and son, adding to the laughter.

Meanwhile, Jin Sun-kyu and Park Jin-young are starring together in the tvN weekend drama '100 Days of Lies.' Set in Keijo during the Japanese colonial period, '100 Days of Lies' is a spy romance depicting the dangerous love between a pickpocket who infiltrates Jo Seon (총독) Bureau under the guise of an interpreter trainee and an interpreter at the Governor-General’s Office, as well as their journey toward independence.
