Jimin of BTS captured the hearts of fans in Argentina with his unique charm.

On October 23 (local time), Jimin met with audiences at the second day of performances for the world tour "ARIRANG" held at Estadio Único Diego Armando Maradona in La Plata, Argentina.

After performance videos and photos spread, local fans continued to react to the sight of Jimin's long blonde hair blending with the stage lighting. Fans also expressed special affection by calling for granting Jimin Argentine citizenship.

In particular, reactions spread on social media platforms such as X and TikTok that Jimin's rhythm-infused accent when speaking Spanish resembled the dialect of the Tucumán region in northwestern Argentina, earning him the nickname "Little Fairy of Tucumán (Hadita tucumana)." A banner inviting Jimin to Tucumán's Lemon Festival also appeared, and such reactions were featured by various media outlets, including local broadcaster Canal 10.

Towards the end of the performance, Jimin expressed gratitude to fans who sang "Young Forever" with him, saying, "This is my first time in Argentina, and I will remember for a long time that there are people who love us this much," and "It seems like being a singer is incredibly happy because of a fandom called ARMY."
