Nongshim, in collaboration with the KBO, will present the "Today's Hitting Appreciation" award to players who hit a decisive run in the 2026 KBO postseason.

The event was organized under the slogan "Both baseball and potato chips deliver a satisfying crunch! Nongshim Potato Chips," aiming to broaden the connection between sports fans and potato chips by linking the crispy texture of the chips with pivotal moments in sports through the keyword "hitting appreciation."

The event began with the Wild Card Series held on the 14th and will continue through the Korea Series scheduled for November. Winners will receive a prize of 1 million won and five boxes of potato chips.

A Nongshim official, speaking by phone to this outlet, said, "This event was planned to deliver a unique experience to baseball fans visiting the stadium by linking sports content with our brand."
