KT&G Sangangmadang is holding a regional brand special exhibition titled 'WITH. GOOMI,' featuring the local creator character 'GOOMI' from Gumi City in North Gyeongsang Province, at Sangangmadang Hongdae until the 15th.
'GOOMI' is a local creator character for Gumi City, inspired by Gumo-san Mountain in Gumi. It was conceived with the aim of discovering regional resources and products from small and medium-sized businesses, and nurturing them into brands unique to the region.
This exhibition serves as an opportunity to introduce various local brands and culture from Gumi City centered around 'GOOMI.' Twelve local brand companies from the Gumi area are participating, and an experiential program allowing visitors to directly experience a total of 172 types of goods has also been prepared.
A KT&G official, in a phone interview with this outlet, said, "This special exhibition was organized to introduce distinctive local brands and region-specific cultural content together."
