Actors Seol Kyeong-gu and Ryu Jun-yeol shared their impressions after working together for the first time through 'Field Mouse'.

A press conference for the Netflix series 'Field Mouse' was held on the 20th at Seoul Naru Hotel M Gallery in Mapo District, Seoul. Director Kim Hong-seon, along with actors Ryu Jun-yeol, Seol Kyeong-gu, and Lee Gyu-hyung, attended the event.

'Field Mouse' is a suspense thriller that tells the story of a novelist named 'Moon Jae', whose name, face, and entire life have been stolen by the mysterious entity 'Field Mouse'; a loan shark named 'No Ja' trying to recover lost money; and an investigator named 'Soon-yong' as they chase the identity of Field Mouse.

Seol Kyeong-gu, who worked with Ryu Jun-yeol for the first time through this project, said, "Ryu Jun-yeol is really cute. It was so comfortable," expressing his special affection.

In particular, Seol Kyeong-gu revealed that he received significant help from Ryu Jun-yeol during the filming of 'Field Mouse'. He stated, "I usually have pre-meetings and then get thrown onto the set once costumes and my look are decided, but Ryu Jun-yeol really does his homework."

He continued, "Not only does he offer ideas for his own character, but he also throws in ideas about me. Sometimes I borrow them, sometimes I don't, but there were actually many takes where we went with Ryu Jun-yeol's ideas." He praised him by saying, "There were so many really good ideas that I received a lot of help."

He added, "It was enjoyable and fun. It seems like we had a great time exchanging various stories together," expressing his satisfaction.

Ryu Jun-yeol also attached special significance to working with Seol Kyeong-gu for the first time. He said, "I've known my senior for a long time. There were opportunities to work together in between, but as actors often do, timing has to be right. It seems like things had been slightly off until now." He added, "It feels like meeting through this project was finally good timing."

Ryu Jun-yeol recalled, "My senior treated me very comfortably and was open. He created an atmosphere where I felt I could say anything." He continued, "As a result, by the end, the set became so enjoyable that I even started throwing in various ideas."

He further said, "There were parts that will serve as a model for my remaining acting career," and expressed his respect by adding, "I was so happy to be able to work with my senior."
