• Movie 'The Intern': Interview with Han So-hee

Actress Han So-hee confessed that she was shocked by Jeon Ji-hyun's beauty.

On the morning of the 8th, Han So-hee held an interview for the movie 'The Intern' (directed by Kim Do-young) at a café on Samcheong-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and shared various stories about the film.

The movie 'The Intern' depicts office life that transcends both generations and job ranks, beginning when Ki-ho (played by Choi Min-sik), a silver intern with 37 years of experience, joins the company of Sun-woo (played by Han So-hee), who has rapidly emerged as a dark horse in the fashion industry just three years after its launch. Han So-hee took on the role of Sun-woo in the film and shared scenes with Choi Min-sik.

'The Intern' is a remake of the Hollywood film of the same name, starring Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway and directed by Nancy Meyers. The original work received praise upon its 2015 release for its fresh premise of an intergenerational meeting between a 70-year-old intern and a 30-year-old CEO, as well as its warm emotional tone. The Korean film 'The Intern' adds a distinctly Korean sensibility.

On this day, Han So-hee appeared with blonde hair, drawing attention. She shared her recent activities, saying, "I have been keeping my hair blonde due to ongoing filming for 'Solo Leveling.' I get root touch-ups every two weeks."

When asked which company she would like to work at if she were an intern rather than an actress, Han So-hee replied, "I'd like to try being an intern reporter. I want to be an intern reporter in the entertainment department. It sounds fun. I'd like to meet entertainers and conduct interviews. I type quickly too." She added, "If I were to interview an entertainer, I'd want to ask when they plan to get married."

Han So-hee named actress Jeon Ji-hyun as someone she would like to interview. She said, "I went to the Cannes International Film Festival this year. Seeing 'COLONY' and 'Hope' invited made me feel proud even though it wasn't my work. There, I saw senior actress Jeon Ji-hyun and was shocked. She was wearing a white dress; she didn't seem human. She looked like a goddess. I greeted her, but I thought I'd really like to have a personal conversation with her. Her beauty was shocking."

Han So-hee added, "I saw senior actress Jeon Ji-hyun for the first time in 33 years. I really love the movie 'My Girlfriend Is an Apple.' It was so amazing that the actress from that film was standing right in front of me. She had a truly goddess-like presence. I thought I must work even harder myself."

Meanwhile, 'The Intern' is scheduled for release on September 16.
