The performance video of the immersive media art exhibition "Flashback: Gyerim" presented by Flashback, a subsidiary of Dexter Studio (hereinafter referred to as Dexter), a comprehensive content company, and a collaboration between top street dancer Lee Hei was released.

This collaboration is an attempt to reinterpret a narrative that had remained in a static record as a modern performance of a new generation, drawing attention with the intense performance of Lee Hei, an exhibition flashback that reproduces the story of Silla as an immersive experience. The project proves the impact of the new interpretation of traditional culture, and exceeded 1.6 million views with just the preview video.

Lihei, who played as a dance crew "Coca & Butter" and "Bunbyeon" in Mnet's "Street Women Fighter" and "World of Street Women Fighter," is considered a representative street dancer in Korea. In order to realize a performance that coexists with Silla's unique aesthetics and modern dynamics, Lihei created and presented choreography that combines hip-hop and Crump genres.

Flashback: a surreal embodiment of a scene in the Silla folk tale: Gye-rim's content, music that combines traditional Korean elements and cyberpunk-style mechanical beats, and Li Hei's unique performance are well received for their sensuous production that connects the past and the future.

While performances organically connected to the world view of each content, including "Najeong," "Geoseogan," "Sindansu," "Yongui-gil," and "Guardians," Lihei's performance, which expresses the dynamic energy of Silla, which begins its millennium journey against the backdrop of a large horse sculpture of "Geoseogan," which contains the narrative of the birth of Silla, is considered a highlight of the video.

"Lee Hei was a key figure in the project in that he is an unrivaled performer who can elaborately express the scale and atmosphere of Flashback: Gyelim," a Flashbackground official said. "We plan to continue various attempts to increase the impact of 'K-Heritage' with 'Hub-up' that can convey the world view of Gye-rim in more three dimensions, and contents."
