The group BTS's fifth studio album, 'Arirang', continues its long run on the UK Official Albums Chart.

BTS's 'Arirang' (ARIRANG) rose to No. 83 on the UK 'Official Albums Top 100' (for the week of September 4–10), rebounding by 9.5 positions from Jeonju. It marks its 24th week on the chart, setting a new team record for the longest-running album each week.

Rankings across sub-charts also rose uniformly. The 'Official Physical Albums' chart saw the album jump 10 positions to No. 41 from last week. On the 'Official Scottish Albums' and 'Official Album Sales' charts, it rebounded by 11 positions each, securing No. 30 and No. 43 respectively. Despite 28 new albums entering the 'Official Album Sales' chart on this day, 'Arirang's' ranking actually improved. The album has already entered its sixth month since release.

On the global audio and music streaming platform Spotify, it also maintained its position for 24 weeks. 'Arirang' held No. 2 on the 'Weekly Top Albums Global' (collection period: August 28–September 3) for three consecutive weeks, consistently staying within the 'Top 3' since entering the chart. The title track 'SWIM' reached No. 12, while the included track 'NORMAL' entered at No. 82, marking its seventh consecutive week on the chart.

Meanwhile, BTS will hold 'BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG' IN LOS ANGELES' at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, USA, on the 5th–6 (local time). To commemorate their tour, Los Angeles has declared September 1–8 as 'BTS Week', lighting up the city in red—the symbolic color of 'Arirang'—and warmly welcoming the team at the municipal level. BTS will conclude its North American tour in Los Angeles before heading to South America.
