The group Tomorrow X Together (TOMORROW X TOGETHER, Tomorrow X Together·Soobin, Federal Reserve, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) depicts the coming-of-age journey of Generation Z.

Tomorrow X Together will release their ninth mini-album, 'PERFECT STORM,' on November 16. This album captures the hearts of this generation’s youth who yearn for change to blow away a stagnant reality. It directly articulates the coming-of-age journey of Gen Z, who have moved past the illusions and wanderings of adolescence to face the weight of reality.

Until now, Tomorrow X Together has built up a narrative of a boy’s growth through 'The Dream Chapter,' 'The Chaos Chapter,' 'The Name Chapter,' 'The Star Chapter,' and the 'minisode' series. They have woven the dreams, confusion, and wanderings faced by a boy into their music, forming a sense of empathy with their peers.

In the new album, they sing about the realistic pain and anxiety experienced by young people in their early to mid-20s, who are similar in age to the five members. Those who have depicted a boy’s growth period expand their storytelling to be even more realistic.

The concept trailer released on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel at 9 p.m. on October 19 implicitly contained this message. The video visually conveys the mindset of waiting for change while living in an unstable reality, as well as the meaning behind the album title 'PERFECT STORM.'

Soobin enters a lake before the fierce winds blow; Federal Reserve endures centrifugal force inside a rotating barrel like the eye of a typhoon; Beomgyu nervously unravels the loose threads on his clothes, expressing precariousness; Hueningkai observes and records signs of wind in a room filled with monitors; and Taehyun does not avoid the pouring rain but takes it full-on with his entire body. Each member prepares to face the storm in their own way. Sensory visuals and calm music blend together to enhance immersion.

Tomorrow X Together’s ninth mini-album, 'PERFECT STORM,' will be released at 6 p.m. on November 16. Pre-orders will begin at 11 a.m. on October 20, ahead of the release.
