K-pop performance crew We the Boyz is set to release its first single.

We the Boyz will release its debut single, "CINEMA," on November 9. This marks the group's first musical work bearing the team's name.

This single carries significance beyond a simple music release. It represents a new attempt that overturns the conventional formula of creating choreography to fit completed music, instead producing music specifically for their own dance. While they have previously played the role of visually completing music, they now take the performance itself as the starting point for the music.

It is a challenge to expand performance from an accessory element of music into an independent genre. Through this project, the group plans to redefine the relationship between music and dance, further broadening the artistic possibilities inherent in performance. It is a meaningful step for one of the most influential performance crews in K-pop.

"CINEMA" is the first outcome of this challenge. It symbolizes the new direction We the Boyz is pursuing. The underlying meaning and the lineup of artists who have joined them on this journey are scheduled to be revealed sequentially.
