The Korea Sports Promotion Foundation's Keumryun and Keumjeong General Headquarters will hold the "2026 Gwangmyeong Spidome Cultural Festival" on the 17th at the special stage in Pedal Plaza at Gwangmyeong Spidome.

This event was planned to share the achievements of the cultural classes operated by Gwangmyeong Spidome and its nationwide branches with local residents, and to provide a venue for communication and harmony where residents can enjoy culture in their daily lives.

Prior to the main event, pre-event activities involving audience participation, such as health exercises and an on-site karaoke session, will take place from 2:30 p.m., followed by the opening ceremony at 3 p.m., after which the cultural festival will officially begin.

The singing competition, a central program of the event, will feature 10 teams who expressed their desire to participate among the students of the cultural classes at the main venue and off-track branches, showcasing the skills they have honed over time.

A representative from the Keumryun and Keumjeong General Headquarters, in a phone interview with this outlet, said, "This cultural festival is an opportunity for cultural class students to share and enjoy the skills they have developed with local residents."
