Japan's top model, Shiho Yano, expressed her thoughts on her daughter Chu Sarang's challenge as a model.

Shiho Yano decorated a fashion magazine for the February issue of WWD Korea.

Shiho Yano, who has been a top model for a long time, has been consistently mentioned as a role model for well-being (a combination of well-being and fitness) that contemporary women want to resemble. The filming site was also accompanied by MBC's entertainment show "Omniscient Writer's View," and drew attention with his daughter Choo Sa-rang, who is interested in fashion models.

This fashion pictorial visually unravels the keyword of wellness, focusing on lightweight padding.

In the following interview, Shiho Yano defined wellness as "a state of living as a good person for myself and others." He said that the most realistic wellness for him now is to do his best in everything but not to go beyond what he can handle, not to overdo between work and relationships and daily life.

He maintained a cautious and calm look at his daughter Choo Sa-rang's interest in the job of modeling. "It is still more important to exist as 'I' on your own than to set a goal," said Shiho Yano. "However, regardless of what you choose, it is important to have a 120% responsibility for the work." This is the point where the affection as a mother and the professional gaze as a senior model are conveyed at the same time.

Yano Shiho married mixed martial artist and broadcaster Chu Sung-hoon in 2009 and gave birth to daughter Chu Sarang in 2011.
