While rapper Vilstax (real name Shin Dong-yeol, former active name Basco) announced his second divorce, it was confirmed that he first confessed his feelings to fans last year.

According to Star News' confirmation on the 17th, Vilstax told fans at the end of December last year, "Personally, 2025 was a very challenging time. "From my second divorce to my next album. (And) raising my son as a soloist," he confessed.

In addition, he said, "I'm almost recovered now. On April 20, 2026, I think I can give a good present to my fans," he said, pledging to release a new album to his fans.

Vilstax's second divorce was once again known through Vilstax and his ex-wife A's SNS. This is because the two recently released a video announcing their divorce in court.

In the released video, "Don't you know you have to stop coming (to the court). "Say it's the last time," Billsax said. "It's the last time. It's a nightmare. It's never coming again," he agreed.

Mr. A also emphasized, "It is the last time (to come to the court) for anything," and Biltax replied, "I see."

Meanwhile, Vilstax married actor Park Hwan-hee in 2011 and had a son the following year, but divorced in a year. Since then, Biltax has remarried to A, but has been broken up for a second time.

Prior to this, there was a controversy over cannabis smoking. In 2006, he was indicted without detention on charges of smoking cannabis, and since 2015, he has been indicted without detention on charges of smoking cannabis at his home in Seoul three times.

Even after the controversy, controversy arose over the legalization of cannabis, including the expansion of the use of medical cannabis and the opening of a national petition to decriminalize recreational cannabis in 2020.
