On the afternoon of the 19th, the Seoul Metropolitan Government conducted an on-site inspection on the comeback performance of the BTS (BTS) around Gwanghwamun Square in Jongno-gu, Seoul and the rooftop of the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts. Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon and other officials in charge of related organizations attended.

On this day, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon said, "It is expected that up to 260,000 people will gather at the BTS Gwanghwamun Square performance."

"We installed 126 mobile toilets around the concert hall and opened 70 surrounding buildings to secure a total of 2,551 toilets. We are making every effort to ensure that there is no inconvenience in using the bathroom, he said. "If there is an unexpected accident or problem, we will operate 15 medical facilities at the site, and a mobile intensive care unit is also scheduled to operate."

Mayor Oh also said, "And we will continue monitoring to prepare for the occurrence of risks in the part of real-time live broadcasting. Not only does it manage to prevent safety accidents, but it also simulates them in advance to continue practicing emergency situations. We will take active measures in the event of a safety accident," he said.

BTS will hold 'BTS Comeback Live: ARIRANG' at Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul on the 21st. This is a seven-member full-length stage set up after about three years and nine months of military hiatus (military + vacancy) that has continued since 2022. As a result, global interest exploded, and the Seoul Metropolitan Government put in the largest level of fire fighting ever. More than 8,200 safety management personnel were deployed. More than 3,400 people, including the Seoul Metropolitan Government, autonomous districts, and firefighting, and 4,800 organizers will be deployed to the site to manage crowd congestion and safety accidents. Based on the safety management area designated by the police, roles are shared by reflecting the characteristics of each area.
