Broadcaster Sayuri openly cheered for Lee Hwi-jae's return.

On the 23rd, Sayuri released a capture screen on her Instagram with a message, "I missed you."

Sayuri left a comment on the preview video of Lee Hwi-jae's return to KBS 2TV entertainment program "Immortal Songs," saying, "The brother I know was warm, caring, taking good care of the cast, and like a neighborhood brother who was not arrogant at all."

He added, "It breaks my heart whenever I see comments that people who I don't even meet in person or know well say as if they all know my brother's personality."

Also, comedian Yoon Hyung-bin also said in the video, 'I may not know everything, but at least the senior I've always seen is a really good person. Since so many people say that, I wonder if there's anything I don't know. "But the senior I met in private and on the show was a really good person. 'Please support me,' he said, drawing attention by supporting Lee Hwi-jae.

Meanwhile, at the end of "Immortal Songs," which aired on the 21st, a special trailer for the "2026 Entertainment World King's Fair" was released next week. The trailer showed Lee Hwi-jae. Lee Hwi-jae took the stage and said, "It's been a long time since I've said hello. "Nice to meet you. It's Lee Hwi-jae," he said, with tears in his eyes.

Meanwhile, Lee Hwi-jae's return, which was even rumored to be retired, is the first time in about four years since 2022. Previously, Lee Hwi-jae was embroiled in various controversies, including controversy over his past broadcasting attitude, inter-floor noise, and the so-called "eat and run" that did not pay for the amusement park.
