Lee Hwa-gyeom's wedding was reportedly hosted by Kim Hye-soo. They formed a relationship by appearing in the tvN drama "Shroop," which aired in 2022. Shin Soo-jung said, "Is it more because Hye-soo is hosting the show. From the first time Hwagyeom appeared, (Park) Junmyeon, (Ok) Nature, Yoo Yeon, and I were in a sea of tears," he said.

In the released photo, actors Kim Hye-soo, Ok Ja-yeon, Park Joon-myeon, and Shin Soo-jung, who worked together in "Shroop," gathered at the Shilla Hotel guesthouse where the wedding was held.
