2NE1 member Park Bom (42) has parted ways with Dineation Entertainment.

On the afternoon of the 5th, Dineation Entertainment (hereinafter Dineation) announced through its official SNS account, "We have mutually agreed to terminate our exclusive contract with Park Bom after sufficient discussions."

It further explained, "Recently, Park Bom has focused on recovering her health and resting, and we made this decision out of respect for the artist's stability and future activity plans."

Dineation added, "Park Bom has continued meaningful activities as a solo artist alongside us. We deeply appreciate the time we spent together and the efforts Park Bom has shown. Although our exclusive contract has ended, we sincerely wish for Park Bom's healthy journey and new beginning in the future."

They also expressed, "We thank fans once again for their love and support for Park Bom. We ask for your continued warm interest and encouragement."

Dineation was the agency Park Bom joined after leaving YG Entertainment, where she had trained as a trainee. Since joining in 2018, Park Bom continued her activities there, including the 2024 15th-anniversary reunion activities of 2NE1, but halted all activities in August last year due to health reasons. While spending a year in hiatus, her unstable behavior, including making unexpected remarks on SNS, also drew concern from fans.
