Nam Ji-hyun, a former member of the group 4Minute, has transformed into a barre instructor.

On the 5th, the YouTube channel 'Yura Yura-hae' uploaded a video titled 'Let's do Yura exercise, not ballet, but Ba.re with #NamJiHyun'.

The released video showed Yura at the barre. Upon meeting Nam Ji-hyun that day, Yura was surprised and expressed her delight, saying, "It's been so long."

Yura said, "I think it's been almost 10 years since we last met. From my memory, the last time we were active together was during 'What's Your Name?'" as she spoke about their reunion after a long time.

Nam Ji-hyun smiled and replied, "It might have been during 'Crazy.' It's been 11 years. Nothing has changed."

Continuing, Nam Ji-hyun explained to Yura, "I thought you would be very good at exercising. I came here today because I requested that you train me."

Yura asked, "Are you going to teach me? Are you the instructor?" Nam Ji-hyun responded, "I am the owner here. I am a barre instructor," surprising Yura.

Regarding barre, Nam Ji-hyun said, "It is a high-intensity workout based on ballet. It incorporates ballet movements and has an intensity comparable to weight training. The name is barre. It was popular overseas about 20 years ago, but in Korea, it has only been around for about three years now. It is unfamiliar. It also mixes in Pilates and includes all types of exercises."
