Nam Gyu-ri of the group Crying revealed that she has never received royalties, surprising everyone.

On the 16th, the YouTube channel 'Studio Sujee' featured the content 'Urgent Mouth,' with Crying members Nam Gyu-ri, Lee Bo-ram, and Kim Yeon-ji appearing. On that day, the three had a meal at a restaurant after performing at a university festival, sharing various stories.

When Kim Ji-yu asked, "What song has the highest royalties?" Nam Gyu-ri replied, "We have no royalties. We have never received any," surprising everyone.

When Kim Ji-yu asked, "Why is that?" Nam Gyu-ri explained, "It wasn't structured that way," referring to the contract structure at the time. Lee Bo-ram then added, "There was no music streaming contract back then like there is today."

Nam Gyu-ri further remarked, "Even if many people listened to our songs, the structure was not such that the revenue would come to us," expressing regret.

Meanwhile, Crying released their new song 'Nevertheless, We Are' on March 30, marking their reunion after 15 years. Gathering as a full group for the first time in a long while, Crying topped the music streaming charts, proving their enduring popularity.
