Broadcaster and CEO Song Eun-i has revealed her hiring criteria.

On the 17th, a video titled "How did Song Eun-i, who was unemployed, get back on her feet? (+A word that remains in the heart)" was released on the YouTube channel 'Jeong-sang-hun Bi-jeong-sang-hun'.

Regarding the current scale of her business, Song Eun-i stated, "There are several works currently in the planning and development stages for films and dramas," and added, "Including production companies, management, and commerce operations, the number of employees is around 47."

She also shared her company's operating philosophy. She said, "As a company that creates content, I believe it is important to have a positive impact on people," and added, "There are many tasks that do not generate revenue or produce results, but I want to create content that is at least harmless."

Regarding hiring criteria, she explained, "In the past, I was involved in everything from the start, but now I only participate up to the final interview." She continued, "It may vary from time to time, but for example, between someone who is skilled but has a bad personality and someone who is less skilled but has a good character, I choose the latter."

She further remarked, "Friends who complain a lot and have bad personalities eventually cause problems. I think I tend to hire quirky and good-natured people." She added, "That's why I got scolded by (Kim) Sook. She would say things like, 'This is why this sister's company can't grow rapidly.'"
