What did musical actor Kim Ho-young mean when he said, "It's Ock Jang-pan now," while attaching the photo in question?

On the 6th, Ock Ju-hyun reignited controversy by bringing up the 'Ock Jang-pan incident' caused by Kim Ho-young in 2022 through her fan communication platform Bubble, stating, "I regret withdrawing my lawsuit."

At the time, Kim Ho-young told Ock Ju-hyun, "I never targeted you even once," and claimed, "The post was made to promote my friend's father's Ock Jang-pan." However, the photo he posted did not feature only Ock Jang-pan.

In 2022, during a period when Ock Ju-hyun was embroiled in controversy over 'network-based casting,' Kim Ho-young shared on his Instagram Story: "Asari-pan is old news. It's Ock Jang-pan now," attaching both a real photo of Ock Jang-pan and an illustration of a performance venue.

If Kim Ho-young had written the post solely to promote Ock Jang-pan, why would he have included an image of a performance venue? Despite this, in her recent Bubble remarks, Ock Ju-hyun stated, "At that time, I did not want to escalate the controversy further, so I withdrew my lawsuit."

While it is problematic that Ock Ju-hyun has reignited a concluded controversy, there are also criticisms that Kim Ho-young's failure to issue any statement three days after his name was publicly mentioned is irresponsible. This is especially true given that the 'Ock Jang-pan' image he previously posted could still be misinterpreted as targeting Ock Ju-hyun.

Kim Ho-young shared updates on his recent trip to New York, USA, on his SNS on the 6th—the same day Ock Ju-hyun brought up his name again—but has since remained silent. Attention is now focused on what he will say regarding this matter.
