Broadcaster and former announcer Do Kyung-wan purchased a watch overseas for his YouTube subscribers.

On the 25th, a video titled "How much did you check?" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Dojang TV'.

The video features Do Kyung-wan visiting Geneva, Switzerland. He toured watch stores located in Geneva.

Do Kyung-wan said, "I came all the way to Geneva, Switzerland; I can't just leave without doing something. There is Korean pride and the honor of a watchmaker." He added, "So I will make an important announcement. I will buy one (watch). I will split my non-existent money to buy it."

He also visited a brand store to examine limited-edition watches.

At the end of the video, Do Kyung-wan stated, "I have never given a gift to subscribers before. I brought a watch from Switzerland," and announced he would give away watches as part of a subscriber event.

Meanwhile, Do Kyung-wan's mother-in-law and singer Jang Yoon-jung's mother, Ms. Yuk, was recently arrested on suspicion of investment fraud involving tens of millions of won and transferred to the Prosecution Service.

According to JTBC's 'Sagwan Banjang', which aired in June, Ms. Yuk is believed to have defrauded victims by selling her daughter's name, claiming they would earn money if they invested in 'Miss Trot'.

The police began an investigation after receiving a complaint but temporarily suspended it because they could not locate Ms. Yuk. They later confirmed her whereabouts and arrested her.
