Actors Kwon Sang-woo and Son Tae-young welcomed an abandoned dog that was on the euthanasia list into their family.

On the 4th, a social media account of an animal rescue organization shared the story of Chopa, a puppy who was saved from the euthanasia list through what seemed like a miracle.

The post read: "I sent my puppies away first and ended up on the euthanasia list. That's me. I was miraculously rescued, but no one in Korea became my family. Still, I was okay because I lived. Then a miracle happened to me too. Perhaps it was a gift my babies left for their mother."

It continued: "I now have a family. A gentle mom who calls me 'Chopa,' a dad who runs with me, an older brother, an older sister, and Goyang, our small and precious one. Bella is my new family. Mom (Chopa) will now be the youngest daughter and a cherished little princess. My babies, let's meet again someday." The story was shared from the puppy's perspective, moving many with its heartfelt message.

The organization added: "We express our deepest gratitude to actor Son Tae-young and Kwon Sang-woo's family for showing us an incredible miracle and boundless love."

Additionally, the post included photos of Son Tae-young and Kwon Sang-woo's family enjoying a happy life with Chopa after adopting her.

Meanwhile, Son Tae-young and Kwon Sang-woo married in 2008 and have a son and a daughter.
