Jang Sung-won, Jang Na-ra's older brother and an actor, announced his sudden surgery.

On the 19th, Jang Sung-won posted a photo of himself receiving an IV drip on his personal Instagram story along with the message: "My shoulder hurt as if it had been electrocuted, so I came in and ended up having surgery. It's not a major surgery, but it was still quite scary."

Fans have poured out their concerns over the sudden news of his surgery. Fortunately, Jang Sung-won later posted a cute video of his pet dog to reassure them.

Jang Sung-won debuted as an MBC 24th public casting talent in 1995 and has appeared in films such as 'Change', 'Teacher's Grace', 'Wish Taxi', and 'Hwang Jini', as well as dramas like 'Syndrome', 'The Time I Loved You', and 'Dark Hole'. In particular, last January, he made a strong impression playing the role of Bong Ki-ja in the drama 'Model Taxi 3'.
