Actor Jeon So-min's younger brother, Jeon Wook-min, revealed the reason he turned down numerous offers that had been directed at him.

On the 25th, Jeon Wook-min posted a video on his SNS along with the message: "So today I worked out my lower body, shoulders, and arms. And I will never regret it."

In the released video, Jeon Wook-min stated, "I was desperate but turned them down," adding, "As an aspiring actor without any fame, countless casting offers came my way."

He continued, "As I started posting videos, many people reached out. Reporters, broadcasting stations, and brands alike. At first, I was happy. I thought, 'Maybe opportunities are coming.'" He recalled those days.

However, he explained that a significant number of the contacts were not interested in him personally but rather wanted to hear stories related to his older sister, actress Jeon So-min. Jeon Wook-min said, "What they wanted was not me, but 'me as my sister's younger brother.'" He further revealed, "In the end, most of the contacts were trying to learn about my sister through me."

He added, "Malicious articles circulated because I started this journey to achieve my dreams," and stated, "To avoid causing any more harm, I turned down all of them."

At the same time, he mentioned that there were also contacts who looked at him as he truly was. Jeon Wook-min said, "Among the messages, some reached out simply because they wanted to connect with me as myself," and added, "It might have been nothing special to others, but it meant something different to me."

Recently, Jeon Wook-min has been communicating with the public by sharing his journey of preparing to become an actor, his workouts, and daily life through SNS.

Meanwhile, Jeon Wook-min first gained recognition in 2017 when he appeared on SBS's variety program 'Running Man' for a family special episode, and also participated in the Channel A variety show 'Cheonhajejiljangsa' in 2022.
