In "The Boss Has Donkey Ears," a explosive clash of power dynamics erupts between singer HaHa, who steps in as the new boss, and comedians Park Young-jin, Yang Sang-guk, and Kim Won-hyo.

On the afternoon broadcast on the 6th, KBS 2TV's "The Boss Has Donkey Ears" (hereinafter referred to as "Sadaenggwi") features HaHa, a YouTube PD boasting 1.14 million subscribers, taking on the role of the new boss alongside entertainers and singers. As comedians Park Young-jin, Yang Sang-guk, and Kim Won-hyo — members of HaHa's self-planned content "Busan Expedition Team" — appear as subordinates, a no-compromise battle over content shares between HaHa and the three comedians is set to unfold, sparking curiosity.

After filming for "Busan Expedition Team," boss HaHa delays leaving work and sharply criticizes the team, saying, "Our content is mukbang (eating show), so why are you reusing expressions for taste?" He then takes action to enforce discipline. However, the three comedians, who are just as spirited as HaHa, do not hold back and immediately counterattack. Park Young-jin rises up, asking, "How long will we remain your puppets?" In response, HaHa retorts confidently with a classic double standard: "If I were doing well, why would I hire you?" Meanwhile, Yang Sang-guk delivers a stunning rebuttal: "If we were doing well, why would we stay under your command?" leaving everyone in stitches.

Seizing the opportunity, the trio pushes further by demanding better benefits. Park Young-jin points out that their content has accumulated approximately 11 million views and boldly requests, "With this level of performance, please grant us a reward vacation." When HaHa, unable to tolerate it, provokes job insecurity by saying, "There are plenty of others who can speak the dialect besides you," Park Young-jin stands firm without blinking, replying, "Boss, there's no one like us," heightening the spicy tension.

Eventually, the trio's ambitions escalate into a dispute over content shares. Yang Sang-guk crosses the line by declaring, "I will take 51% of the shares." Park Young-jin immediately follows up with, "Then I'll take 45%," instantly allowing the two to monopolize 96% of the shares. It is reported that Park Young-jin then delivers a heavy blunt statement: "Boss HaHa only needs to keep the 4th% platform fee," causing everyone to double over with laughter.

The tense standoff between 'Sadaenggwi' — where boss HaHa suffers the humiliation of receiving just 4% of the shares, while the three subordinates demand 96% — will be revealed in the main broadcast of "The Boss Has Donkey Ears."

"The Boss Has Donkey Ears" airs every Sunday at 4:40 p.m.
