Global pop star Lady Gaga (40) is believed to have given birth to her first child, according to acquaintances who shared details.

On the 14th (local time), local outlet Page Six reported, citing sources close to Lady Gaga, that "she has been trying to conceive since 2024, and the journey to parenthood with her fiancé, businessman Michael Polansky (42), was far from smooth."

One source stated, "Lady Gaga has endured a physically grueling path. There were moments of joy, but also moments of despair. It was truly heartbreaking. She went through difficult times both physically and emotionally until reaching this happy ending."

Another source added, "Gaga has suffered from various physical ailments, including severe hip problems. On top of that, the physical strain from performing on stage added to her burden."

Previously, in October 2025, Lady Gaga appeared on 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert' and said, "What I truly want is to become a mother," adding, "That is the most important role I wish to take on next."

Meanwhile, Lady Gaga was recently spotted for the first time in Northern California with her newborn baby after giving birth. The baby's name and gender remain undisclosed, and it has not been confirmed whether Gaga had the child through a surrogate. Her representatives have also declined to comment on these matters.
