Red Velvet member and solo singer Wendy, along with fromis_9's agency Ascend, issued a statement regarding incidents of privacy invasion and safety threats.

Wendy and fromis_9's agency Ascend (ASND) stated on their official SNS on the 15th that "recent cases have emerged where artists' safety is threatened or their privacy is invaded." They added, "We ask for your cooperation in protecting the artists' safety and respecting their privacy."

The agency urged fans not to approach excessively close to artists or vehicles while they are moving, to avoid stepping into roadways or obstructing the movement of vehicles, and to refrain from any actions that could endanger the safety of artists or others.

Furthermore, the agency emphasized that fans should not enter private spaces without permission, interfere with personal schedules, illegally obtain and sell or purchase information about the artists, loiter around or remain near the artists' surroundings, or trespass.

The agency stated, "We may take legal action against any illegal use of artists' information or privacy violations in accordance with relevant laws. As our company handles artist-related business, we will also pursue legal measures against those who continuously loiter around or remain near our premises or commit unauthorized entry."
