Comedian Kim Seung-hye directly addressed the 'twin theory' surrounding her second child.

On the 16th, Kim Seung-hye posted a short video on her social media with the message: "Everyone, let me clarify. We are not having twins. Please do not misunderstand."

In the released video, Kim Seung-hye shared an unexpected situation: "Recently, an insurance company employee called and said, 'If it were twins, you would have bought the wrong insurance.'"

She continued, "Because a news article incorrectly reported that we are having twins, I received calls from many places asking if we really are expecting twins. Of course, if you only see my belly, you might think we're having twins," she joked cheerfully about her heavily pregnant belly.

The misunderstanding arose due to the babies' nicknames. Kim Seung-hye explained, "My older child's nickname is 'Ttung-i,' and the unborn children's names are 'Dung-i.' It means 'cute little one' or 'beloved little one.' They are not twins. Please do not misunderstand," she emphasized again.

Meanwhile, comedian Kim Seung-hye married comedian Gimhae Jun after about a year of dating in 2024. She announced her pregnancy last May and is currently at 36 weeks pregnant, approaching childbirth.
