Actress Han Ga-in and Kim Dong-jun were amazed by their striking resemblance.

On the 17th, a video titled "Finally revealed as siblings: doppelgangers. If Han Ga-in visits Kim Dong-jun, will he get hospitalized again? (Medical Condition 4)" was uploaded to the YouTube channel 'Free Wife Han Ga-in'.

The released video showed Han Ga-in meeting Kim Dong-jun, who bears a strong resemblance, during her special appearance in the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama 'Medical Condition 4: Sabotage'.

Han Ga-in took group photos with Kim Dong-jun and other actors, saying, "You really look like an older sister visiting."

Following this, Han Ga-in went out for lunch with Kim Dong-jun and the other actors. Kim Dong-jun remarked, "It feels like I'm on vacation. It feels like I've gone out," while Han Ga-in also exclaimed, "You really look like soldiers."

Regarding Kim Dong-jun's appearance on YouTube, Han Ga-in said, "Subscribers are wondering how far you'll go," noting that this was his fourth appearance. She added, "Yeon Jeong-hoon appeared a lot, didn't he? You appeared the most after Yeon Jeong-hoon."

The production team mentioned that many comments suggested the two 'doppelgangers' meet their parents. Han Ga-in responded, "The problem is that our parents don't appear on broadcasts. My mom doesn't want to either, and Dong-jun's parents don't want to either."

The two said, "Our parents don't look alike at all," expressing surprise at their own striking resemblance: "It's amazing. How did this happen?"

Han Ga-in asked Kim Dong-jun, "Who looks a bit exotic?" and Kim Dong-jun replied, "My maternal grandfather has an exotic appearance."

Kim Dong-jun then said he had seen a photo of Han Ga-in's maternal grandfather, adding, "He is so handsome."
