Amid continued interest in Kwan-soo (real name Kim Jung-hyun) from Season 33 of 'I Am Solo,' the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, where he is employed, continues its "gamdasal" (a shortened form of "the sense of taste is fully alive") approach.

Recently, a video titled "Reading Comments on Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Office Administrators: First Look at Names, Job Duties, and Recent Updates" was posted on the official YouTube channel of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

The video featured Kwan-soo, an appearance in the Season 33 "I Am Solo" special episode of the romance reality show 'I Am Solo' broadcast on ENA and SBS Plus, reading and responding to comments left by netizens. Kwan-soo's real name is Kim Jung-hyun, and he currently works as a Grade 5 civil servant under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.

One netizen left a comment saying "Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport gamdasal," to which Kwan-soo replied, "I didn't know what 'gamdasal' meant, so I just asked someone else. Thank you for inviting me from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and giving me the opportunity to appear on screen like this. I am grateful for the chance to stand before not only viewers but also the general public."

Another netizen mentioned a traffic management video featuring Kwan-soo, saying, "I never thought I would watch a traffic management video so enthusiastically in my entire life." Previously, Kwan-soo appeared in a Chuseok holiday traffic management video prepared by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's YouTube channel. The video gained significant attention, recording over 2.8 million views.

In response, Kwan-soo expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thank you for watching so much. To be honest, I have never watched a traffic management video before, but I didn't expect to end up filming one like this. Thanks to your enthusiastic viewing, it is said that the traffic management measures were implemented smoothly."

Comments referencing the previously viral "Chungju Man" also caught the eye. Many netizens reacted enthusiastically with comments such as "Is the Chungju Man leaving and the Land Man coming?" "Let's have the Land Man follow in the footsteps of the Chungju Man," "Day 1 of praying for the Land Man starting today," and "Make sure Kwan-soo gets a higher salary."

Another netizen asked, "You seem to have star quality. Are you thinking about doing a YouTube channel?" Kwan-soo revealed, causing laughter, "I do have a YouTube channel. It is currently set to private. Previously, when I was studying for the civil service exam, I suddenly thought, 'I don't feel like studying, so I should film a Study With Me video,' and filmed one. After about a day, I felt, 'No, this isn't it,' and stopped. There were only 1 to 2 concurrent viewers."

Finally, Kwan-soo expressed his gratitude for the great interest from viewers, saying, "I sincerely appreciate all the support and attention you have given me so far. It is an area I had never thought about in my life, so I find myself wondering if I am 'dreaming.' It feels unreal. Thank you very much."

Meanwhile, Kwan-soo from Season 33 of the "I Am Solo" special episode received much attention from viewers throughout its broadcast for his pure demeanor, considerate way of speaking toward others, and sincerity regarding dance.
