Jung Jae-hyung emphasized the special significance of "Unemployed Lee Sedol."

The production press conference for KBS 2TV's new variety show "Unemployed Lee Sedol" was held in the public hall of the KBS Annex in Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on the morning of the 22nd. Director Lee Myung-seop, world-renowned Go player Lee Sedol, comedian Jang Do-yeon, and singer Jung Jae-hyung, among others, attended.

"Unemployed Lee Sedol" is a real-life analog survival story about Lee Sedol, who retired from the Go world after securing the sole victory as In Ryu (CEO) in his 2016 match against AI (artificial intelligence) AlphaGo. Ten years after that historic match, he has set out to find a second life as a "voluntary unemployed" and a "job seeker."

On this day, Jung Jae-hyung stated, "Through 'Unemployed Lee Sedol,' I reflected on the things we go through. That is why it was a special program for me. I believe 'Unemployed Lee Sedol' is a story for all the unemployed in this world who are struggling," drawing attention.

He continued, "Those aspects are very well captured in the program. Lee Sedol Woo Ri-reul (CEO)s and experiences content that many people will relate to. He shows us what we should be thinking about by confronting it with his own body. Watching Lee Sedol, doesn't he seem very boyish? In a way, I feel that the answer might lie in this kind of attitude. We are filming enjoyably, and I am also reflecting on things."

The first episode of "Unemployed Lee Sedol" will air at 8:30 p.m. on the 23rd.
