Girls' Generation's Yuri directly addressed the allegations that she is copying Lee Hyo-ri.

In episode 20 of JTBC's variety show "Love War," airing on the 9th, Girls' Generation's Yuri will participate as a special diplomat.

According to the production team, in this episode, Yuri gave a straightforward answer to the "Lee Hyo-ri copycat allegations (?)."

Yuri, who recently sparked significant attention by sharing updates on her life in Jeju, including her yoga lifestyle, daily life with her pet dog, and volunteer work for stray dogs, confidently confessed her fandom in front of Lee Hyo-ri. She said, "Is there anyone who doesn't follow Hyo-ri unnie?" while praising Lee Hyo-ri's influence, and added, "How can you not follow and learn from Lee Hyo-ri?" coolly acknowledging that Lee Hyo-ri is her role model.

In response, Lee Hyo-ri smiled broadly and certified Yuri as the original by saying, "Yuri did yoga before I did." She then mentioned the huge popularity of the unit "Hyo-Ri-Soo," which Yuri is a part of, and jokingly demanded a share, saying, "It's similar to my name. Give me some equity," according to reports. It was also reported that Yuri made a sudden member proposal to Lee Hyo-ri, asking, "It only becomes 'Lee Hyo-Ri-Soo' when the surname 'Lee' is added. How about you join us?"

Meanwhile, "Love War" is a dating reality program in which dating experts Lee Hyo-ri, Seo Jang-hoon, and Kim Hee-chul make the final decision on whether couples on the verge of breaking up will continue to date or split up amidst their intense conflicts. The finale of Season 1 will be released on JTBC at 8 p.m. on the 9th.
