Recently, Chinas Hunan TV has aired another special feature of Lee Min Ho on Happy Camp.
According to Lees agency, Starhaus Entertainment, on February 18, the special feature of Happy Camp which aired on January 14 achieved the highest viewer ratings of above all programs, confirming Lees unrivaled popularity in China.
This feature led viewers to ask for another broadcast of Lee, and after countless requests from his fans, Hunan TV has decided to air it on February 18.
Happy Camp is the most popular variety TV show in China covering the broadcast, entertainment, and local issues since 1997. As a special feature for 2012, Happy Camp invited actor Lee Min Ho, the most popular celebrity in China, as a unique guest for 90-minute show in January. This feature recorded the highest viewer ratings from any other TV shows aired past two years.
A personnel of the broadcast says, Since the special feature of Lee Min Ho was programmed for 90 minutes, this upcoming broadcast wont be long. But because of Lees explosive popularity, remarkable viewer ratings, not to mention continuous request from the viewers, weve decided to air another broadcast.
Since February 6, Japans Fuji TV began airing City Hunter, and it has been gaining tremendous popularity earning a nickname as Lee Min Hos City Hunter. TBS, Japans another broadcast, is to air Personal Taste starting on February 22.
