2PM��s Wooyoung and Kara��s Goo Hara chosen as the ��Idols of Korea��

2PM��s Wooyoung and Kara��s Goo Hara has been chosen as the most popular idol.

Wooyoung and Hara appeared on MBC��s Miss & Mister Idol Korea Contest, beat other contestants and have been chosen as the ��Idols of Korea.��

Besides them, Mblaq��s Lee Joon, Teen Top��s Niel have been chosen as the runner-ups in the Idol Korea Contest. After being crowned, Wooyoung revealed, ��I would like to share this glory with the members of 2PM.��

As for the woman category, Kara��s Goo Hara has been crowned as the idol queen. Hara said, ��I was happy that I was even registered as a candidate, but now I am delighted because I actually was chosen as the queen!��

Kara��s Nicole and A Pink��s Jung Eun Ji have been chosen the runner-ups.

Miss & Mister Idol Korea Contest is a program that sorted out the smartest and most beautiful Miss and Mister Idol among popular Korean idols.

Eight girl groups including Kara, 4minute, Secret, Orange Caramel, and A Pink, eight boy groups including 2PM, Mblaq, FT Island, and ZE:A have participated in the show.

To pick out the contestants for the actual round of competition, idol stars showed off their elegance in gorgeous dresses and sharp suits.

During the scoring process, few idols have revealed their feelings toward each other and created love lines.
