Boyfriend recently showed off their high popularity in Japan.

From December 22 to 24, Boyfriend met a total audience of 12,500 at their concerts held at the Tokyo Dome City Hall. All tickets for the five concerts were quickly sold out.

Starship Entertainment, Boyfriend’s agency, reported, “All tickets for Boyfriend’s first live concerts for Christmas were sold out in only ten minutes.”

It’s been only a year since they debuted, but they have already held many events and concerts in big stadiums in the country.

A person working in the Japanese music industry says, “Boyfriend’s activities in Japan are outstanding from among many K-pop idol groups. It’s hard for a newly debuted singing group to sell all tickets for their concerts held at the Tokyo Dome City Hall. We’re looking forward to their activities in Japan.”

Boyfriend say, “We were happy to hold the concerts in Japan. We always appreciate you for loving us. We’ll try our best.”

Boyfriend once ranked third on the Oricon Weekly Chart with their second single, Kimito Dance Dance/My Lady – Winter Lovers.
