The public has shown an explosive response towards “JYJ”‘s new album.

“JYJ”‘s agency, “C-JeS Entertainment” said on the morning of July 30th that “Pre-order for “JYJ”‘s new album, [JUST US], which was revealed on midnight of July 29th, recorded 120,000 copies. Fans’ enthusiastic responses towards pre-order, which started a week before the official release, is still continuing after the album’s release. Plus, the album is on the high ranks at online music charts, taking both online and offline by storm.”

“C-Jes Entertainment” also said that “Only pre-orders have reached 120,000 copies, and the figures are still rising now.”

“JYJ”‘s first LP, [IN HEAVEN], which was released in 2011 already experienced rapturous responses, with site access to pre-ordering the album being delayed for heavy traffic, and record stores creating “For “JYJ” albums only” counter. Therefore, there were rumors that the record company prepared for a long time to produce extra copies, in case the company gets flooded with pre-orders.

Those concerned said that “Normally, if an album shows strong sales online, that album shows relatively weak offline sales and vice versa. However, it is notable that “JYJ”‘s sales are strong on both online and offline markets.”
